• "Services" refers to Zigaflow's business management platform and related offerings.

Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Zigaflow.

• You agree to use Zigaflow only for lawful purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

License & Usage

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Zigaflow.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our software.

• We retain all intellectual property rights to Zigaflow.

Payment & Subscription

• Fees are charged based on the selected plan (Free, Go, Momentum, Velocity).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

• No refunds are provided after payment, except as required by law.

• Cancellation notice must be received no less than one month in
  advance of the next billing date

• Any cancellation will result in loss of access to the system at
  the end of the term

Service Availability & Uptime

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

• We are not responsible for any business losses due to downtime.

Limitation of Liability

• Zigaflow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

​

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.

• If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in UK courts.

Termination

​

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Upon termination, user data may be retained or deleted according to our data retention policy.

These terms are governed by UK law.
