One-Off Item Panel Expanded (Quotations Only) – The panel has been added to speed up data entry, increase data integrity and improve the process for products purchased in different currencies.

List Prices – List Price and List Cost can be entered on the one-off panel instead of only being entered when editing the line item.

Currency Conversion –Where items are priced in a currency other than the quotation’s currency, the converted values are also displayed.

Once the supplier has been selected, the following are populated based on the information held in the supplier record:

-Currency

-Supplier Discount

-Purchase Account Code

New Quotation Line Item Calculator for Easier Currency Conversion—If you need to update the pricing of an item purchased in a currency different to the quote currency, you can now open this new calculator widget.

This will allow you to update the cost in the original currency or update the FX rate, giving you a much clearer way to review and update pricing on multi-currency items.
