Change the Screens Quicker – Use the new ‘Customize View’ button and selected the required fields:

Quote Versioning – This now works in the same way as for jobs and purchase orders in that the original document is up-versioned and a copy made of the original which is stored as the previous version.

PDF Documents & PDF Tags Renamed – Based on customer feedback, they are now ‘Document Templates’ and ‘Variables’.

Customer Edit of Quotations – This has been streamlined.

Edit Button Renamed to ‘Multi-Select’- this is should make its purpose more obvious.

Create Buttons Remain When Multi-Selected Clicked – Previously, a new set of buttons appeared but this has proved confusing so the original ones remain but pick up the selection you have made.
