Automated Messages can now trigger in-browser pop-up notifications for logged-in users when documents such as quotes, jobs, sales orders or invoices change status. Configure these alongside existing email and SMS chasers within the Automated Messages settings.
Mentions Triggered by Automated Messages – Immediately notify logged-in users when a Quote, Job/Sales Order, Invoice, etc., changes status with a pop-up that appears in the browser:
Set this up on the Automated Messages on a pre-build in the same way that email and SMS chasers are created.
