Adds a Collapse All button to the eForm edit screen and fixes two issues: improved PDF rendering to handle unexpected characters, and timeline comments now appearing without requiring a page refresh.

FIXED
Improved PDF Rendering Tool – This will handle unexpected character issues better when rendering PDF’s. However, there might be minor formatting issues caused by this change – please let us know if you encounter any.
