Purchase Orders now support a Stock Release flag, letting you instruct a supplier to release pre-purchased stock they are holding. Marked items appear on the PO PDF but their cost is excluded from the order total.
NEW
Purchase Orders (PO) Stock Release—This allows you to instruct the supplier to release stock that you have already purchased and they are holding. It does not book it into stock during the PO receive process (as it is assumed you have it recorded as in stock at the supplier’s location) and will not use the cost of the item on the PO (as it will already have been paid for) on another PO.
To set this, click on the item menu and ‘Mark Stock-Release’:
Which is then shown as:
And on the PDF
Although the item’s cost is shown on the PDF, it is not included in the PO’s total.
