Adds a Works Order module for manufacturing assemblies and sub-assemblies. Also introduces last invoice, job, quote and lead date columns on customer and contact screens to identify inactive accounts, plus a duplicate contacts filter to simplify merging records.

Works Order Module Added – This is designed for use in manufacturing and allows assemblies and their sub-assemblies to be manufactured.
Show Customers’ Last Invoice, Job, Quote and Lead Dates – Ideal for finding out who has not done business with you recently. Note the dates on the contact form are the customer/company dates, not the individual contacts’ activity dates. To get the system to update each day, go to the Cog -> Advanced:
Use the ‘Screen Options’ button on both the Customers/Companies and Contacts screens to show the ‘Last….’ columns.
Use the filters on the left to narrow down the date range:
The resulting data set can be exported to Excel or MailChimp, or you can create a set of leads in Zigaflow using the Bulk Action -> Create Lead(s) button.
Duplicate Contacts Filter – Use this filter to just show duplicates. This makes it easier to merge them.
