Adds attachments to line items, letting you associate documents such as specs and drawings to specific items on quotes and orders. Also introduces mentions and comments on line items, item list entries, and inventory items to improve inter-team communication and issue tracking.

Attachments on Line Items – Locate specifications, drawings and other documents against specific line items. If an item in the items list has an attachment, that will be associated to that item on the quotation, Job/Sales Order, etc.
Mentions & Comments on Line Items – Vastly improve inter-team communication with this more precise comments and mentions functionality.
Hover over the description of the item, and the comments icon appears:
Add a comment or mention a colleague so they are notified:
When a mention or comment is stored against an item icon remains visible.
Mentions & Comments on Items in the Item List – Making it easier to discuss and track the history of items
Click on the ‘Internal Comments’ tab to access these:
Mentions & Comments on Inventory Items – Enable your team to comment and highlight inventory issues against stock items to other staff.
