Timeline comments now support @mentions to notify team members by email with a direct link to the relevant record. Item and customer quote history is also now viewable via new history tabs on the customer and item forms.

Comments to the Timeline Include Automatic Notification of Team Members– Use the @ to tag one of your team in a comment (for example, @bob). They will receive an email from the system with the message and a link to the Lead, Quotation, Job/Sales Order, etc., they were mentioned on.
View What Items a Customer has been Quoted for – On the company/customer edit form, click on the ‘Item History’ tab to see the items quoted, quantities and prices.
View What Customers Have Been Quoted for an Item – On the item click on the ‘Customer History’ tab to view what customer quotations the item was on.
