Adds @mention notifications in the timeline with in-app pop-up and email alerts for tagged colleagues. Also introduces per-unit pricing display on quote grids, a dropdown selector for custom fields in playbooks, and an {ItemLocation} variable for showing stock locations on PDF documents.

Instant Messaging—To include a colleague, make a comment in the timeline using the ‘@’ symbol and their name.
If they are logged in, they will see a pop-up box letting them know they have been mentioned.
They will also get an email.
Piece or Unit Prices – If you sell a product that is sold in a set, for example, a 6-seater set, but you want to display the price per seat, make this column visible on the quote items grid:

Adding Custom Fields to a Question Sequence/Playbook – This is now a dropdown of the available fields instead of text.
Show the current stock location – Use the variable {ItemLocation} on your PDF documents to show the location of stock allocated against a Job/Sales Order or a Delivery Note. This is ideal when you hold stock on behalf of your customer.
