Adds advisory credit-exceeded warnings (configurable under Approval Settings), a created-date filter on Contacts and Companies screens, and stock value reporting by GAAP, list cost, and list price. Also fixes ticket contact adding and list-page pagination returning to the wrong page after editing a quote.

Credit Exceeded Warnings – Warnings for customers over their credit limit can be set to advisory rather than forcing the user to email for permission to an Admin user. Set this at Configure -> Quotations -> Approval Settings:
Created Date Filter Added to Contacts and Companies Screens – This makes it easy to filter by the date that they were added to Zigaflow.
Stock Value Reporting byGAAP, List Cost & List Price –
Note that if any products have no price it will affect the overall list price value.
FIXED
Tickets – Adding a contact.
List Page After Opening a Quote – When on page 3, editing a quote and then going back to the list, it was reverting to page 1, instead of page 3.
