Two new reports added: Customer Retention shows reorder activity by customer, account manager or type with lead creation for at-risk accounts; Duration Reporting measures time between pipeline stages such as lead to quote or quote to payment.
Customer Retention Reporting – Find out whether your customers are ordering from you again.

Find retention reporting at the Report Center -> Customer.
Duration Reporting – How long does it take from a lead arriving to the quotation being sent out? Or how long is it from a quote to being paid by different customers? Zigaflow’s new duration reporting will give you the answers.
- Set up your locations in the Settings -> Account Settings -> Company Locations. Put in the days and hours worked in each location
- Set each team member to a location
