Works Orders can now be created directly from a Lead or Ticket. Automation actions gain price refresh on Quotes, Jobs/Orders and Works Orders, plus PDF attachment support on Send Email. Import now accepts a full name in place of an email address.

Automation Additions:

-Refresh Prices on a Quote, Job/Order and Works Order. -The PDF can be attached on the ‘Send Email’ automation action.

Import Improvements

A full name can be used when importing from a spreadsheet. Previously, it had to be the email. The name and email must already exist in the system as a user, customer contact, or supplier contact.

Improvements have been made to the new filters.
