Adds questions/playbook functionality to tickets, a note field to price list entries, project start/end date filtering for reports, and new PDF variables for item row numbering that exclude kit items.

Questions/Playbook Added to Tickets – Use the questions functionality to ensure your team members gather the required information for different types of tickets.
Note Field Added to Price List – Allowing you to make a comment against a specific price:
Report Using Project Start or End Dates – For Quotations, Jobs/Sales Orders, Invoices, etc, it is now possible to report on them using their project dates. Change the ‘Using’ field to ‘Custom’ to access them:
Item Row Numbering Ignoring Kit Items – Use these new PDF variables:
{ItemRowNumberExKits} -numbering restarts on each section
{ItemIndexRowNumberExKits} -numbering is for the whole document
