Scheduled Messages can now import text from non-scheduled email templates, and the Invoice Creation Screen supports custom staff instructions for invoice types. Also fixes PDF generation failures and blank chart images in emailed reports.

Email Inbox – Ability to link to a ticket added
Invoice Creation Screen – Add specific instructions for your staff on how you want them to create invoices (for example, 50% part invoice, pro formas, etc.).
Set up the messages on Configure -> Invoices -> Default
Hide Costs and Margins with one-click – If you have a customer looking over your shoulder, click this button to hide those columns temporarily.

PDF generation issue – this was where customers were seeing the ‘Unable to Generate PDF’ message.
Blank Charts on Emailed Reports – Some chart images were blank.
