Manufactured Flag for Kit Items/Products

When an item is marked as a kit and the checkbox for ‘use kit price’ is selected, a new option becomes available to flag the item as a manufactured item. When this option is selected, even though the item is a kit, none of the underlying items will appear when it is added to a quotation, job/sales order, or other documents. The exception is for Works Orders, where manufactured kit items will always be visible. Instead, the kit header will appear just like a standard single-line item/product.
