Zigaflow vs GetConnect: the system and the connector
GetConnect is a UK integration specialist for the promotional products trade: PunchOut, product sync, single sign-on and ERP bridges. Zigaflow is the system those connections run into, where the quote, the job, the purchase order and the invoice live. Most distributors need a system first; some will need both.
What GetConnect does, and what it does not
GetConnect does not quote, raise purchase orders or invoice, and it does not claim to, so this is less a head-to-head than a guide to which problem each one solves. Every row was checked against getconnect.net on 18 September 2026. A cross means the capability is not described on those pages. GetConnect names Zigaflow as a supported system on its ERPBridge and Product Sync pages.
It moves the order, it does not run it
GetConnect's ERPBridge delivers a client's order into "your ERP or work management tool" and sends invoices and shipment notices back. The quote, the supplier purchase order, the margin and the invoice still have to live somewhere, and that system is what Zigaflow is.
Priced by project
getconnect.net publishes no prices. The route in is a free 30-minute consultation and a custom quote. Zigaflow's plans and add-ons are on the pricing page, from £79 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
Built for enterprise buyers
PunchOut, single sign-on and procurement integration matter when a large client insists on ordering through its own procurement system. A distributor whose customers order by email does not need an integration layer yet, and a branded Company Store in Zigaflow covers repeat ordering without one.

Which one solves your problem
The quote, the job and the invoice as one record
A quote accepted in Zigaflow becomes the job, the supplier purchase order, the delivery note and the invoice without anything re-typed. That is the part of the workflow an integration layer hands orders into, not the part it replaces.
Repeat ordering without an integration project
Zigaflow's Company Store gives a client a branded store with their products at agreed prices, as a £199 a month add-on with 25 customer logins across as many stores as you need. Orders arrive in Zigaflow as jobs or quotations, depending on how your account is set up.
Where GetConnect is genuinely better
PunchOut into a buyer's procurement system, single sign-on through Microsoft, Okta or Google Workspace, and custom integrations for less common platforms are GetConnect's specialism, and Zigaflow does not sell them on its published price list. GetConnect already names Zigaflow as a supported system, so if an enterprise client needs PunchOut, the answer may be both.
