Quotations can now be appended to an existing email thread using the Reply button, rather than starting a new thread each time. This release also fixes the carousel PDF preview.
NEW
Insert New Quotation PDF into an Existing Email Thread – When you need to resend a quotation or have created a new version, sending it before this update created a new email thread. After this update, you can append the new quotation to an existing thread.
Use the ‘Reply’ button in the top left corner. This is only visible if there is an email thread on the quotation.
