Zigaflow vs HubSpot: quoting starts at $90 a seat, and stops at the quote

HubSpot quotes are a Sales Hub Professional feature at $90 per seat per month with a $1,500 onboarding fee, invoices sit in a second hub, and no HubSpot page describes a purchase order, a supplier cost or a job margin.

A revenue document, not a costed job

HubSpot is the strongest marketing and sales platform in this comparison and nothing here argues otherwise. The problem is what happens after the customer says yes: the quote does not become something you can buy against. Every row below was checked against the vendor's own product and pricing pages on 10 September 2026. A cross means the capability is not described anywhere on those pages, not that we tested the product and it was missing. Prices are the ones published that day and several are promotional, so check them before you decide.

Quoting is a Professional-tier feature

On 10 September 2026 HubSpot's Sales Hub pricing showed Starter at $7 a seat on annual billing and Professional at $90 a seat, with quotes first appearing at Professional plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Five seats is $450 a month before the onboarding.

Invoices live in a different hub

The quotes page states that invoicing and payments belong to Revenue Hub, Professional and above. Two hubs, two prices, and the document trail crosses a product boundary in the middle of one order.

No purchase order, cost or margin

The quotes page, the Starter page, the pricing page and the construction vertical page make no mention of purchase orders, supplier cost, job costing or margin. HubSpot's "vendor management" on the construction page is a contact record, not an order.

Cost and margin on the line

Supplier cost sits beside sell price on every line, so margin is visible while the quote is still editable. That is the number a distributor is actually managing.

Where HubSpot is genuinely better

Marketing automation, email, content, reporting on pipeline and its app marketplace are all deeper than anything Zigaflow offers, and its quote approval routing on discount thresholds is a mature feature. If your bottleneck is generating demand rather than delivering orders, HubSpot is the better buy.
