Reports your accountant and your ops manager both trust
Report Studio runs on the same quotes, jobs, purchase orders and invoices your team moves every day, so there is no export to reconcile.
Month-end lives in a spreadsheet
Someone exports the quotes, someone else exports the orders, and the two are stitched together in a workbook nobody else can open.
Reports run on the live records, so there is nothing to export first.
Nobody knows which jobs made money
Forecast cost sits on the quote, actual cost sits on supplier invoices and stock movements, and profit is worked out at year end, if at all.
Each job carries a forecast cost copied from the quote and an actual cost from linked purchase orders, manual entries and stock allocation, with a running profit.
Which products actually sell?
You quote hundreds of items.
Item Analysis groups by item code and reports on quantity or value across quotes or orders, filtered by date and status, and downloads to a spreadsheet that includes your custom fields.

What is Zigaflow reporting?
Report Studio is the reporting layer over every module in Zigaflow. Because quotes, jobs, purchase orders, invoices and stock are held in one system, a report is a view of live records rather than a spreadsheet built from several exports. Choose a module, then one of four report types. Current Overview groups records by their current status, which is how you see the value of the pipeline or the order book today. Historical Overview holds a record for each time a document moved through a status, so it can show what was sent, accepted or invoiced in a period and how that compares to the last one. Metrics Leaderboard ranks whatever you group by, most often salespeople or customers. Item Analysis reports by item, product or service, so you can see what is quoted most and what has actually sold.
Every report can be grouped, broken down by time, filtered by status, date and other fields, and drawn as a column, line or bar chart. Details opens the list of records behind the numbers with links to each one. Since June 2026 results can be grouped by project across the relevant modules, and since July 2026 the spreadsheet export carries the custom fields from the source records.
Saved reports keep their filters, can be updated in place or saved as new, and live in a Saved Reports library as well as the dropdown for each module. Automated report emails send one or more saved reports on a schedule from your address, with or without the detail rows. Set your financial year start under Account Settings and the periods line up with your accounts. For job-level profitability, forecast against actual cost and running profit on each job feed the same reports.
