Credit control software that stops the work before the debt grows
Set a credit limit on each customer and Zigaflow counts unpaid invoices and open orders against it, then warns your team on the customer, the quote, the job and the delivery note.
Orders taken from customers who already owe you
The customer is over their limit on unpaid invoices, but sales cannot see the ledger.
Set a credit limit on the customer and Zigaflow counts unpaid invoices, outstanding credit notes and the uninvoiced value of open jobs and sales orders against it, tax included.
On stop, except nobody told the warehouse
Accounts put a customer on stop in an email.
Tick On Stop on the customer record and it is enforced for everyone: their jobs and orders can only move to Cancelled, and no purchase orders can be created from them.
Overdue invoices found at month end
Nobody opens the aged debt report until the month closes.
Turn on Overdue Invoices Control and Zigaflow checks every working day for invoices past their payment date, after any grace days you set.
What you get
- A credit limit per customer, counted against unpaid invoices and uninvoiced jobs and sales orders, tax included
- Remaining credit on the customer record, and a Credit Breakdown tab listing every invoice, credit note and order behind it
- NO CREDIT warnings on the CRM, the customers list, quotes, jobs and delivery notes
- Over the limit, quotes wait for an Admin's approval before they can be sent, or show a warning only, and job creation from quotes can be suppressed
- On Stop: the customer's orders can only move to Cancelled, and no purchase orders are raised from them
- Quotes blocked while a customer is on stop, or allowed with a warning if you prefer
- Overdue Invoices Control checks every working day, with grace days and the invoice statuses that count
- Rules by customer and invoice tags, value and working days overdue that mention your team and can put the customer on stop

Step-by-step guides
What is credit control in Zigaflow?
Most credit control tools start when an invoice is already late: they chase. Zigaflow starts earlier, at the point where your team takes the next order, because that is where exposure grows. Three tools work together: credit limits, On Stop and Overdue Invoices Control.
A credit limit is set per customer in the CRM. Zigaflow works out what is left by taking the limit, subtracting unpaid invoices, adding back outstanding credit notes and subtracting the value of jobs and sales orders not yet invoiced. Tax is included, because the customer owes you the gross. The remaining credit shows on the customer record, and the Credit Breakdown tab lists every invoice, credit note and order behind the figure. When a customer is over, the warning appears on the CRM, the customers list, quotes, jobs and delivery notes. You choose whether that is a warning only or whether their quotes need an Admin's approval before they can be sent, and you can stop a job being created from a quote.
On Stop is a checkbox on the customer. While it is ticked, their jobs and orders can only move to Cancelled and no purchase orders can be raised from them, so nothing more is bought for an account that is already at risk. Quotes are blocked too, or allowed with a warning if your sales team should keep talking to the customer.
Overdue Invoices Control watches the aged debt for you. Every working day it checks invoices in the statuses you choose against their payment date, after any grace days. Rules, checked top down, decide what happens: mention the accounts team at the first sign, put the customer on stop after ten working days, or leave invoices tagged Disputed alone. Pair it with the branded payment reminders on your invoices, and with approvals for limits on discounts and spend.
