Zigaflow vs Salesforce: Starter invoices but cannot quote

Salesforce Starter Suite is £20 a user and its own UK pricing page says quoting is not in it; Pro Suite quotes at £80 a user on an annual contract, and a configured quote means Revenue Cloud at $150 to $200 a user on top.

Three price steps before you have a quote

Salesforce is the deepest CRM here and it scales further than Zigaflow ever will. What it does not do at the small-business price point is carry an order you can buy against. Every row below was checked against the vendor's own product and pricing pages on 10 September 2026. A cross means the capability is not described anywhere on those pages, not that we tested the product and it was missing. Prices are the ones published that day and several are promotional, so check them before you decide.

Quoting is behind the second tier

Salesforce's UK small business pricing page on 10 September 2026 showed Starter Suite at £20 per user per month and Pro Suite at £80 per user per month, billed annually with a contract required. The Starter page sells invoicing "right from the opportunity"; the pricing page notes quoting appears exclusively in Pro.

Configured quoting is a separate product

Full CPQ lives in Revenue Cloud at $150 per user per month for Growth and $200 for Advanced. That page talks about approvals protecting margins, but not about purchase orders, job costing or the cost of the thing you are selling.

No purchase order anywhere in the SMB stack

No Salesforce small-business page mentions purchase orders, supplier cost or job margin. For a business whose margin is decided by what it pays a supplier, the most expensive CRM in this comparison still leaves that in a spreadsheet.

Where Salesforce is genuinely better

Salesforce is far stronger on pipeline reporting, forecasting, territory and permission modelling, integrations and everything above about 50 users. Its approval processes are more configurable than ours. If you are scaling a large sales organisation, buy Salesforce.
