Yes. The integration works with all FreeAgent subscription plans including those bundled with NatWest or Royal Bank of Scotland business accounts.

Which Zigaflow plan do I need for the FreeAgent integration?

You'll need at minimum the Zigaflow Essentials plan to access the FreeAgent integration.

Can FreeAgent contacts sync back to Zigaflow?

Currently the contact sync runs one way from Zigaflow to FreeAgent. Two-way contact sync is on our development roadmap. Contact support if this is a priority for your workflow.

Does the integration handle FreeAgent's self-assessment or payroll features?

No. The integration focuses on invoicing and customer contacts. FreeAgent's tax, payroll and expense management features are not connected to Zigaflow.

What if I already have contacts in FreeAgent that are also in Zigaflow?

Yes. The integration matches contacts by email address automatically, so existing FreeAgent contacts link to their Zigaflow counterpart rather than creating duplicates.
