Scanner-driven stock counting is now available, letting you scan items in a location and automatically tally counts with mismatch alerts. This release also adds quick email and quick item add to all modules, and allows inventory areas to be marked as not usable for storage.

Quick Email Style Added to All Modules
Seeing the email pane on the same form as the preview will reduce the number of clicks needed to send an email.
Quick Item Add in all Modules
This quick add line was previously available only in the Quotations module, but is now available in all modules.
Inventory Areas can be set to not be usable for Storage
This prevents stock from being placed in locations that don’t exist – for example, in ‘Aisle A’ when it can only be placed in shelf 1 in Aisle A.
Scanner-Driven Stock Counting
Speed up your stock checks using this. Pick a location in the stock locations screen and scan every item. Zigaflow will automatically count the number of items and let you know of any mismatches. Access this from the lightning icon on that screen.
