When importing a spreadsheet onto a purchase order, flexi-import now matches existing items and updates their costs, rather than creating duplicates — with any unmatched items added to the bottom of the PO
Importing supplier pricing onto a purchase order is now smarter. Previously, using flexi-import to bring in a spreadsheet would create new lines for everything, meaning you'd have to clean up duplicates by hand. The system now matches the imported rows against items already on the PO and updates their costs directly from the spreadsheet, so you can refresh pricing across an order in one step. Anything that doesn't match an existing item is simply added to the bottom of the PO, giving you an easy way to update costs and add new lines at the same time without manual tidying.
