Via the API, external systems can now update tracking details and PO custom fields when an order is dispatched. This is ideal for automatically notifying the end customer that their delivery is on its way.
Purchase orders can now be updated by external systems via the API at the point of dispatch, adding tracking details and populating PO custom fields automatically.
This is ideal for connecting Zigaflow to a supplier or courier system so that, as soon as an order ships, the tracking information flows straight back onto the PO — ready to trigger a notification letting the end customer know their delivery is on the way.
By allowing these updates to happen automatically rather than through manual entry, it keeps your records accurate, speeds up customer communication, and helps deliver a more professional, joined-up experience from order to delivery.
