Lock Quotes, Jobs/Orders, Invoices in a Status

Lock a quote, job/order, purchase order, or invoice in a status so only an admin user can move it out, and prevent team members from changing records they shouldn't.
Some statuses represent a point of no return — a completed order, an approved quote, or a record that's been signed off — and moving something out of that state by mistake can cause real problems. You can now mark a status as 'Is Final' in the Cog -> 'Workflows & Statuses', which locks any quote, job or order in that status so it can only be moved out by an admin user. This gives you a simple way to protect important records from accidental or unauthorised changes, ensuring that once something reaches a final state, it stays there unless someone with the right permissions deliberately moves it.
