Move All Attachments Between Shareable and Internal in One Click

Keeping attachments organised between Shareable and Internal is now much simpler. Previously, if you had several documents in the wrong section — for example, a batch of files that all needed to be visible to your customer — each one had to be moved individually. You can now use a single button to move all attachments to Shareable, or all to Internal, in one action. This makes it quicker to tidy up records and ensures the right documents are shared externally while internal files stay private.
