Notify Whole Teams at Once with Group Mentions

Keeping a whole team in the loop no longer means mentioning people one by one. You can now set up user groups and mention them by group name, which automatically notifies everyone in that group. Set up groups for your departments or teams — sales, production, accounts, or however you're organised — and a single mention reaches everyone who needs to know. This makes it much easier to flag when something has changed or needs a team's attention, without risking forgetting to include someone.

Set them up via the Cog -> Team Settings -> Mention Groups
