Are the prices shown in Zigaflow my agreed Midocean trade prices?

Yes. Zigaflow connects using your Midocean account credentials, so the prices displayed reflect your specific agreed pricing - not Midocean's public or list prices.

Does the integration include decoration and branding costs?

No. Midocean product costs are base product prices only. Decoration costs - embroidery, print, engraving and similar - are added separately in Zigaflow using your own decoration cost structure.

Can I track the status of Midocean orders placed through Zigaflow?

Yes. Order status updates from Midocean sync back to Zigaflow on a scheduled basis, so you can see production and despatch status without logging into the Midocean portal separately.

What happens if a product goes out of stock after I've quoted for it?

Stock availability reflects Midocean's system at the time of quote. If stock status changes before you place the purchase order, you'll see the updated availability when you go to order. We recommend confirming stock for time-sensitive orders before sending the client quote.
