Yes. An active Pencom trade account with API access is required. Contact Pencom or the Laltex Group to confirm your access is set up before connecting through Zigaflow.

Are my agreed Pencom prices shown in Zigaflow?

Yes. The integration uses your Pencom credentials so pricing reflects your negotiated trade rates - not standard list prices.

How are engraving specifications handled in the purchase order?

Engraving copy, logo specifications and any other branding requirements can be added within the Zigaflow quote and are included in the Pencom purchase order raised on acceptance - reducing the need for a separate specification email to the supplier.

Are engraving or print costs added automatically?

No. Pencom product costs are base product prices. Engraving, print and setup charges are added separately in Zigaflow using your own decoration pricing structure.

Can I use Pencom alongside other Laltex Group integrations?

Yes. Each Laltex Group division is connected separately in Zigaflow. You can have Pencom, Source It, Bags HQ and Fast Fit Promo all connected simultaneously and include products from multiple Laltex divisions on the same job.
