Execute partitioning first fix on site, coordinating with M&E trades for service route clearance before boarding, and tracking material deliveries against purchase orders.

Complete second fix elements in programme sequence: suspended ceiling grid and tile, decoration, skirting, and any joinery in scope, coordinating access panel positions with the M&E sub-contractor.

Walk completed works with the client or main contractor, record snag items on site using digital forms, and track each item to resolution before requesting the practical completion certificate.

Issue final invoice on practical completion, record retention amount withheld, and set a reminder for the defects liability period end date to ensure retention release is followed up.

Clients request changes to partition layouts mid-programme but there is no formal process for pricing and agreeing the variation before the additional work is carried out.
