Zigaflow vs Job MGT: no sign-up fee, and more of the job in one place
Job MGT is a UK system built for promotional product distributors, and it handles the quote, order and purchase order flow well. Zigaflow does that too, with no sign-up fee, a free trial, margin on every quote line and the works orders and phone sign-offs that promo-only tools leave out.
Where Job MGT asks more of you
Job MGT is a like-for-like competitor, so this is a close comparison and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every row below was checked against jobmgt.com on 18 September 2026. A cross means the capability is not described on those pages, not that we tested the product and found it missing. Job MGT's pricing page shows two tables with different user counts; we used the plan cards.
A sign-up fee before you start
jobmgt.com lists a one-off sign-up fee on every plan: £799 on Solo, £1,299 on Team, £1,799 on Plus and £2,299 on Enterprise, on top of the monthly price. The site offers a demo or a paid sign-up and does not describe a free trial. Zigaflow has no setup fee and a 14-day free trial on every plan.
Margin is not on the quote
Job MGT describes quotes, orders, purchase orders, reports and dashboard widgets, but nowhere on jobmgt.com does it describe supplier cost and margin on each quote line. In Zigaflow the margin shows while the quote is still editable, so a thin line gets caught before it reaches the customer.
Promo only, and plenty of distributors are not
If you also decorate in-house, fit out or install, you need a works order and a sign-off captured on a phone. Job MGT's pages describe the merchandise order and do not describe either.

What you get for the difference
Margin on the line, not in a report
Every quote line holds the supplier cost beside the sell price, so the margin is visible while you can still change it. Accept the quote and the same lines become the job, the purchase order and the invoice.
Wider than merchandise
Works orders on Go and above, eForms for sign-offs on a phone on Momentum, contracts and delivery notes, for the distributor who also decorates, fits out or installs.
Where Job MGT is genuinely better
Price, for a bigger team. Team covers two to ten users for a flat £249 a month, which beats Zigaflow's per-user price from three users, and from five users even over the first year with the sign-up fee counted. Onboarding sessions are included on every plan, and it connects to Sage, WordPress, Magento, Trello and Greenspark, which Zigaflow does not.
