What's new in Zigaflow: March to September 2026
Six months of Zigaflow releases in one place, grouped by the job they change rather than by the week they shipped. Twenty-seven features across quoting, purchasing, automations, inventory, leads and control, each linked to its release note.
Release notes are published as they ship, which is right for the people waiting on a fix and useless for anyone trying to work out what changed since they last looked. So here is March to September 2026 grouped by the job it changes. Every item links to its release note.
The theme, in hindsight, is control. Most of what shipped is not a new module - it is the ability to stop something happening: an order over a credit limit, a record being edited after sign-off, a stale price being reused, a stock allocation nobody meant to make.
Quoting
Tiered quotes had the most attention. You can now edit markup, margin and unit price directly in the price table after the wizard has built it, edit costs on tiered quotes and search for items to add to one.
On ordinary quotes, the item price now updates automatically when the quantity changes so a quantity change re-prices against the right break instead of silently keeping the old figure. When you build a quote from a previous one, Zigaflow now uses the latest pricing rather than the historic line.
Also: schedule an email to send at a set date and time so a quote lands at eight in the morning rather than eleven at night, move all attachments between shareable and internal in one click, and better filtering when linking emails to quotes and jobs.
Purchasing and supplier cost
The most useful thing in six months, if you buy from suppliers who send spreadsheets: you can now update a purchase order with the supplier's prices straight from their spreadsheet with a flexi-import, instead of re-typing a repriced order line by line.
Reply with the purchase order PDF inside an existing email thread, limit the incoming POs total to purchase orders due soon so the figure means something, and let courier and supplier systems write tracking details onto a PO through the API - which is how a customer gets a tracking link without anyone typing it.
For promotional work specifically, you can now create an artwork approval eForm straight from the PO email, and eForm automations pull attachments from a quote and push them to the job - the artwork approval loop, closed. Supplier invoice automations arrived in May.
Control: credit, locking and approvals
Block job or sales order creation when a customer is over their credit limit, and lock quotes, jobs and invoices in a status so that once a record is final only an administrator can take it back out. Between them these are the two most-requested controls of the year.
Automations
Automations gained real reach outwards and inwards: trigger a webhook or API call to another system on a status change, add a webhook to quotation automations, change a customer status from an automation - prospect to customer on first paid invoice, say - and update sales tax codes with an automation.
On the operations side: create backorders, de-allocate stock and create a ticket from a job or order, all as automation actions.
Inventory and kits
Scanner-driven stock counting is the headline: pick a location, scan every item, and Zigaflow counts and reports the mismatches. Inventory counting by area works the same way, and an inventory area can now be marked as not usable for storage so nothing gets put in Aisle A when it belongs on shelf 1.
For kits: a Buildable Kit Qty column on quotes, jobs, works orders and stock overview tells you instantly whether you can build one, kit manufacturing now nets off existing allocated stock and only makes the shortfall, and nested kits expand and collapse. A Reserved PO Items view shows what is spoken for, and the stock summary filters by item tag.
Leads and the website
Zigaflow now ships an embeddable lead form for your own website - Cog, then Lead Form - and those visitors can upload files through it, which for a merchandise business usually means artwork arriving with the enquiry. Leads screens also show the linked quotation value next to the expected value.
Reporting and the small things
Reporting by project arrived in June and custom fields now come through in the reports export to spreadsheet. You can filter invoices by net and gross value and filter supplier invoices by created or exported date.
Elsewhere: group mentions notify a whole team at once, task reminders stop things being forgotten, and the EarthPositive prices and stock feed joined the supplier feed list in May.
Which plan
Works orders and projects are on Go and above. RFQs, eForms and inventory are Momentum. Everything else here is on every plan. The full matrix is on the pricing page.
Every release note is published as it ships at zigaflow.com/release-notes, with an RSS feed if you would rather not wait six months for a summary.
